After my first surgery failed, I had a full-incision procedure and it was successful. My eyes were sanpaku? My irises looked slightly exposed, so I had ptosis correction done as well, and since I had a complex about the inner corners of my eyes drooping downward, during the revision they also did that part again by cutting out the skin and stitching it up? something like that.
