The director looked at me very carefully and explained everything with me... The manager was kind too, so it was fine, but the review photos they showed were sooooo natural that it felt like they had hardly done any surgery at all (not even in the “looks like I didn’t have surgery” sense). Especially the tip of the nose... All the review photos seemed more or less the same
