The moment they saw my nose, they immediately knew it was a crooked nose and quickly identified the parts that needed surgery, so the conversation turned straight to the surgical plan. They explained calmly and honestly that it was a difficult nose to operate on. They weren’t the type to strongly recommend it or say it couldn’t be done; they just talked about the facts, which did make me trust them. There was no talk about what kind of nose would suit my face or about the overall impression, and the consultation ended after only the necessary points were covered.
