I went in with high expectations after reading the reviews, but are they all part-timers? The desk staff, the chief director, and the consultation manager were all the ultimate in rudeness; I was there for revision eyelid surgery and first-time nose surgery, and even though the price was the price, the expertise I had seen on YouTube was nowhere to be found, and the consultation was very perfunctory and they seemed so tired. They showed me on a tablet with Photoshop what I would look like after surgery, but it didn’t really help, and the consultation was so rough that the moment I sat down I felt like leaving. They were tired throughout the consultation, sighed a lot, and bragged about themselves way too much. I didn’t want to get surgery there, and I felt like if I did, something bad would happen.
