The director explained the surgery in a very detailed way, and even took photos on a tablet and edited them virtually in Photoshop to show how much the nose would look like. Since it was a revision surgery, I had a lot of questions, and they explained everything one by one and at quite a length, which I liked, but I couldn't go through with it here because of the cost 부담
