When I said I was worried because the space between my eyes is a bit close, all the other clinics said not to put in silicone, but only this place recommended silicone even for the nasal alar area. They said they could insert the silicone starting a bit lower so it would not come up to the area between the eyes, and it felt like they were guiding me in the direction that would create the prettiest nose shape possible
