They do it well so it doesn't look obvious and looks natural. No one knows lololol that I had surgery... If it's good, it's good, and if it's bad, it's bad, but everyone has their own preferred nose style, so I think it would be good to keep that in mind before doing it. The director is just blunt, and since it's a single-doctor clinic, it's very crowded.
