If I want, they can shave down the hump and correct the crooked nose while increasing the height (ear cartilage) But they said there’s no real need to go that far, and they would just use ear cartilage on the nasal tip and fill the slightly empty space with crushed cartilage They said posterior lower canthoplasty would be good because my eyes would see a lot of effect from it.
