The hooked nose wasn’t that noticeably obvious, but when I actually touched it, there was a hump. I found out during the consultation, and my nose had a very thick, bulbous-nose feel, so because of that, I ended up getting surgery. It’s my first time posting a plastic surgery review, so I’m not really sure what or how I should do it, but still, I’m showing photos from 2 weeks post-op like this! Since the hump wasn’t sharply protruding, if it were shaved down, the nasal bridge would become a bit lower, so I had a little silicone inserted, and for the nasal tip, the surgery was done using only septal cartilage. And because I didn’t really have a columella area, the columella was also brought down.
First of all, they say bruising from nose surgery can last over a month, so seeing this kind of result in just 2 weeks has me satisfied. Even accounting for swelling, with this amount of swelling, it feels thinner than my previous nose! I’m also very curious about one month later, but rather than thinking the shape will change drastically, I think it will become naturally slimmer as the swelling goes down.
At first I felt a little embarrassed about men getting plastic surgery, but these days it seems like men get it done really often too, so I gathered the courage to do it, and I really think I made the right choice! The top 2 photos are after surgery, and the bottom 2 photos are before surgery
