Review 8 Years After Nose Surgery

I had nose surgery 8 years ago. I had the hump shaved down, osteotomy, and the nasal tip done with septal cartilage, but starting around 3 years after surgery, deformity began to appear. The nasal tip gradually drooped, the nose overall became crooked, and the nostrils became asymmetric. Functional problems developed too, and I went through rhinitis, deviated septum, and even headaches, so I'm looking into revision surgery. Seeing that two acquaintances who had surgery at different places back then are currently worrying about similar symptoms, I also wonder if it's not necessarily the fault of the hospital that performed it. Around 8 years after surgery, it seems like many people around me are also getting revision surgery. I feel this deeply, but the first surgery is truly important, and you need to go to many consultations and choose carefully regarding a design and surgical method that suit your own nose.
