They said they definitely use septal cartilage, and whether to use ear cartilage is decided after entering the operating room. I like the rounded nasal tip in the review photos, so I’m interested, but I’m still considering this place because I don’t like that they use septal cartilage. The consultant was also okay. People said the director was blunt, but they were just fine. They said my nose would turn out prettier than the Photoshop edit of my nose.
