I went because I heard the splint could be removed quickly, but that wasn’t the case; the splint has to stay on for at least 6 days If I asked more about whether it could be removed sooner, I felt like I’d get scolded I mean, that’s fair
The director was very honest and gave the most thorough consultation When I told him what I wanted, he told me plainly that my nose would be difficult to see much effect from (high nasal bridge and wide, nasal tip slightly drooping, round nasal tip, protruding-mouth look) Surgical plan - nasal bridge osteotomy, use of septal cartilage (use ear cartilage too if needed)
I had scheduled 4 consultations in one day and this was the last clinic; the director said the previous clinics probably had similar surgical plans, and he was right When I said one clinic was the only one that suggested making my nose much higher and even using silicone, he said he does not recommend silicone for my current nose and explained the reasons in detail (I think it was good that I went there last) He showed me before-and-after surgery photos diligently, and also showed and explained cases similar to mine in detail, kind of like a one-on-one lecture with a professor It seems like he pursues safety and naturalness There was someone who came in for postoperative care after rhinoplasty, and it looked natural If my nose were the type that could get a good result at this clinic, I think I would have considered this place
