Looking at the photos, I became convinced that I would need to use silicone to achieve what I wanted. The reasons I’m hesitating are that he only uses septal cartilage, and I’m not fully convinced about doing it here Also, if you are more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, it gets canceled, so you should go early!
