1. The people at reception were kind. The lobby seemed small, but there was a cafe right next to it when the door opened, so it was very noisy every time the door opened.
2. I moved to another floor to get a nasal CT scan. The building is very large. There was a banner explaining the medical fee schedule, so I wondered if the nasal CT was charged according to the fee schedule and asked, but during the consultation there was no cost. The desk staff member who told me that was not particularly kind either, but the staff member who took the scan was especially unfriendly. It was extremely uncomfortable. Their facial expression was not good, and their attitude felt like they were giving orders? I started feeling bad from this point.
3. After the nasal CT, I went back to the 4th or 3rd floor and waited, and the consultant came in and explained things. They said the doctor would come, but I met the doctor only after waiting almost 30-40 minutes. Since it would take some time until the doctor came, the coordinator and consultation manager came and told me he would come soon. Up to this point, I still thought they were considering the customer.
4. The doctor came in. I thought he would at least tell me who he was, but maybe because he was tired and busy, he seemed to have forgotten. I was in a bad mood the whole time too, so I did not ask. (Because I had already decided I would not do it here anyway.)
5. This was my third consultation, and it was the first time someone told me to put in silicone. I have a hump nose, and when I asked how many millimeters would be inserted, lol, he asked me back whether, since with a hump nose there are level differences between the glabella, nasal dorsum, and hump bone, and each level difference is different, could he really say a combined number of millimeters? (?)
6. At this part, I completely just lost interest. Even before surgery, I did not want to entrust my nose to a doctor who was a little incompatible with me... and I thought it was obvious how things would be after surgery without even seeing it. The line the doctor wanted seemed to be a flashy one, and he did say it did not matter whether I put in silicone or not. The consultation ended in less than 10 minutes like that.
7. The consultation manager too, maybe because I looked like someone who would not do it, only explained roughly, and kept explaining about reviews more than explaining postoperative care. They said something like I had to take and upload 10-20 photos, but I was not even listening and only thought that I wanted to leave this hospital...
Anyway, I went because I thought I should try having a consultation at a large hospital too, but it was a waste of time.
