Because it’s a large clinic, and I went on the weekend, there was a bit of a wait.. but the director took a good look at me lol. But I think the staff’s friendliness is a bit lacking But now they say the director no longer does filler procedures, so that’s disappointing I liked that they did things well according to my needs
