I had three types of facial contouring surgery on the morning of April 6! I'm an office worker living in Busan, and I used 3 days of annual leave before going back to work. My face looked monstrous, so I looked like I shouldn't be going anywhere, but I somehow managed to go to work wearing a mask ㅠㅠ (It was possible because my company has a relatively flexible atmosphere.)
The first thought I had after the surgery was, Ah, I should never do anything like surgery again ㅠㅠ It was my first surgery in my life, so anesthesia was also my first time, and general anesthesia is really hard..
Everyone said their throat hurt a lot, but for me my stomach felt so bad that I struggled. I hadn't eaten anything, so even if I wanted to throw up, nothing came out, and my stomach was nauseous, so I couldn't lie down or sit up.. There was no hell like that. I think the recovery room on the first day was truly hell itself.
Maybe because of the cheekbone surgery, my temple pain was very severe. For about 5 days, I couldn't do anything because of the temple pain. My whole face also felt tingling. When I looked it up, they said it was trigeminal neuralgia? It seemed temporary. When I woke up on the 6th day, it was okay.
And I thought eating wouldn't be that hard, but it is hard ㅠㅠ.. Until day 3, I only had water and soy milk. And because pumpkin doesn't suit my constitution, I bought red bean powder and drank red bean water instead. It's kind of.. unpleasant.
On the 4th day, I was so hungry that I bought porridge and ate it, but the grains were bigger than I expected, so I got indigestion ㅠㅠ So when I made porridge, I ground the rice and made it that way. How did other people manage their diet ㅠㅠ New Care has a slightly unpleasant taste..? so I couldn't eat it.
The swelling feels similar to other reviews, but the problem is that there is a sunken indentation under my cheekbone ㅠㅠ It's only day 8, so I should wait a little longer, but this is what worries me the most.. Has anyone had a sunken area that came back..ㅠㅠ If it doesn't come back, will I have to get filler for the rest of my life.. I'm worried.
