I went in for a consultation to remove an implant. It was my third surgery, so the price was a bit high, but they looked through the surgery records I brought in very carefully while making notes. And instead of saying it was absolutely possible, they explained that difficult cases could be difficult, which was scary, but it made me trust them more than when someone says it can definitely be done. After the consultation, the staff manager also explained things once more, and when I asked questions, they answered everything without seeming rushed. I wasn't able to decide on surgery right away, but the consultation itself was the most satisfying part.
