First of all, the director isn’t especially the type to speak very kindly, but he did answer the necessary questions well about how the surgery would be done. It felt like he only said exactly what needed to be said?? And he answered well when I asked. Still, it would probably be good to write down the things you want to ask on your phone in advance. The consultation with the director was relatively short, but I felt like I got all the answers I needed. It was short, so I was a little disappointed, that's all., ,
