It's been 6 years since my nose surgery, and I've been going around for consultations to have everything removed. At other clinics they recommended revision surgery, but here they counseled me on full removal + cartilage repositioning. The tip of my nose feels hard, so I suspect contracture symptoms. I asked whether the tip would rise more after full removal, and they told me it wouldn't rise any more and would usually improve, which gave me hope. I booked my surgery date after seeing the before-and-after photos on the website and the reviews here
