I went in with expectations after seeing its good reputation. The consultant was very kind and gave me the impression that she was professional, but the problem was the director during the consultation. He said things like, "You do know this much, right??" and his condescending attitude was unpleasant.. lol More than anything, I still get angry that he laughed after seeing the side profile of my nose.. The surgery would be done with costal cartilage, but he didn’t answer my questions accurately, so it was just an unpleasant consultation. The consultant was good, but the director was the worst.
