At the first postoperative follow-up visit, I said that the change seemed too minimal, and they showed me on CT images that a very large amount of bone had been removed. The director kindly explained that everything thickly surrounding the outside of the bone was all flesh and swelling, and afterward, at 2-week intervals, they prescribed the necessary aftercare such as radiofrequency treatment and Shurink. Their service attitude was good in that they did not irresponsibly avoid the surgical result and tried to accommodate complaints as much as possible until the end.
However, the reason you should not trust too much in review photos with a huge before-after gap is... In my case, the price was applied on the condition that I provide selfies and write a review after surgery, and although they did not touch the review content, the clinic side edited the chin in the selfie rather excessively before returning it and asked me to upload that photo.
Honestly, after actually having surgery, I realized that the common contouring reviews showing a face that looked like a square rock turning into a sharp, smooth, doll-like face shape are close to impossible due to physical limits (the risks such as nerve damage and skin sagging are too high). There was no dramatic change, but I am satisfied that my facial contour became much softer. If I get lifting laser treatments or lose weight from here, it can become even slimmer, but I plan to save money and get a facelift later. In the end, it seems contouring surgery is completed with a lift.
