Fat grafting review and unfriendly clinic staff..

I had the first session last October, but a lot of it was absorbed, and I had the second session done in early March. There is still swelling left, so I think I need to watch it for a few more weeks. I did both the first and second sessions without sedation, so I had a hard time because of the bruising. I was never originally interested in fat grafting, but the fat in my face kept disappearing and my nasolabial folds became deeper, so I went ahead with it. Right now, since the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, the final look has not fully come out. They shaped the forehead naturally, so the line is pretty without being excessive. I think I’ll know the exact progress once the swelling goes down..

But after the first session, they told me to do the second one after 3 months, so I wanted to schedule it for January, but they said second-session surgery patients couldn’t book from late January (holiday period) to early February. I was paying the same money to schedule the second session, so it was absurd.. They said only first-session surgery patients could.. In the end I booked February, but then COVID broke out, so I postponed it once and rescheduled for March. They said it would be the last change, so I went ahead with it. After the second surgery, the manager didn’t show up at all, and on the day of surgery they only called once to ask if I got home safely. I went twice for swelling laser treatment, and the desk staff were also very unfriendly. How could the first and second sessions be so different? It was my own surgery paid for with my own money, and it wasn’t cheap either, so I even wondered if I really had to go through this level of service to do it. On the day of the second surgery, (this was my first facial surgery in my life, fat grafting) they only told me to change into a gown, so I changed into disposable underwear, but I lay on the operating table still wearing my upper-body underwear. I was angry because there was no explanation telling me to take off all my underwear.. I was lying on the operating table and the nurse was surprised and asked if I was wearing underwear, but the anesthetic had already been administered.. surgery proceeded.. For the final one-month follow-up after the second session, since I live out of town I said I wanted to book on the weekend, but they said weekends weren’t possible.. At first they said that, then later they had no choice and booked it for me. The director is kind, but the desk staff are so unfriendly that I ended up writing this. Are most clinics like this?
