I tend to worry a lot, so I asked rather persistently about the surgical materials, method, and side effects, but both the director and the consultant answered in detail in a way that reassured me Other clinics recommended osteotomy, but here they said it did not seem necessary to go as far as osteotomy, and that they would not raise the height excessively, so I decided to have surgery I had emphasized that I wanted the surgery to be as natural as possible and as safe as possible so there would be no functional side effects, and I’m really satisfied with the surgical result. Now, about 6 months later, without any particular side effects, I feel like they brought out the best possible result from my original nose within a range that does not look obvious
