They did it harmoniously in a shape that suits my face well. It was my first surgery, and I have no thoughts of revision surgery. They tend to pursue a natural look, so I asked them to make it as glamorous as possible within what could be done for my face. If I had to pick one downside, during the later follow-up consultation they looked for about 30 seconds and just left.
