The director answers questions really well. They were kind, and I liked that they answered everything I asked without seeming annoyed or uncomfortable~ But maybe because I didn't take photos or anything before the consultation and only had the consultation, it felt like it was more focused on asking questions and hearing answers rather than the director's explanation. The wait was very long too, but I got my questions answered, so it wasn't bad~ Here, they recommended rib cartilage, and donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage were optional. The consultation with the manager felt a bit like there was pressure to pay a deposit, so that part was a little uncomfortable~ I'm not sure about aftercare
