I had a bulbous nose with a nasal bridge, and it made my midface look long. I had 1 mm silicone inserted, osteotomy, and septal cartilage used. The bulbous-nose feel is almost gone, there’s no foreign-body sensation, and it turned out well.
But I think you should discuss the starting point of the silicone carefully during consultation. Rather than saying they make the nasal tip extremely well, the overall result is very natural.
