I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago, and the silicone has become crooked. The columella is crooked too, and when I go to other hospitals for revision surgery consultations, they say it is true that the silicone was inserted crookedly. I definitely only knew that septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, but I received diagnoses from two places saying there is a high possibility that materials such as Medpor or donated costal cartilage, not autologous cartilage, were additionally used. And when I think back to when the surgery was performed, when I entered the operating room, it was blocked off by curtains and there were several beds....
