As time passed, my nose became a bit crooked. My nostrils also became uneven, and I guess it wasn’t corrected. It’s disappointing. It would have been a big problem if I had gotten nostril/alar base reduction. Maybe the nasal tip was raised too much; it has been two years, but the silicone is slightly visible through the skin. I’ll have to look into revision surgery. I’m sad.
