Septal damage due to trauma. My nasal bones and nasal tip were not connected, and I developed a saddle nose with the middle of my nose sunken in. I had autologous costal cartilage surgery at a general plastic surgery clinic, and at the time, costal cartilage rhinoplasty wasn't common, so I paid a lot for it. 7 years have passed, and the side effects are slowly starting to show.
