I liked the shape in the reviews, so I went in for a consultation. The hospital was really big and there were a lot of people, but maybe because I went on a weekday, the wait wasn’t as long as I expected. For the consultation, I was told Director ㄱㅎㄱ had the most experience and was very good at surgery, so I consulted with him, and it was obvious he had done a lot of breast surgeries. First of all, maybe so the patient wouldn’t feel embarrassed, it really felt like he was looking at my breasts and consulting with me strictly as patient and doctor. He analyzed things while talking about the breast pocket and the characteristics of my breasts, and recommended implants and a surgical method to match that. He said these days, rather than making the upper breasts look overly full, it looks more natural and pretty to make them full enough to extend past the rib cage and create a teardrop shape, and since that was exactly the breast shape I wanted and what I had in mind, throughout the consultation I felt we communicated really well. I actually trusted his implant recommendation more because of it (it kind of felt like if I followed the director’s recommendation, the surgical result would come out in the shape I wanted). People say the doctor matters more than the hospital, and for me, regardless of it being a large hospital or whatever, I was very satisfied with the director’s consultation.
