I’m going around to as many consultations as possible at places that seem to refine the nasal tip shape nicely, and among the hospitals I’ve visited, this one was the biggest. The building is huge, and they said the whole building itself is a plastic surgery clinic, so it kind of felt like I had come to a large general hospital..? Each floor was divided into recovery rooms, operating rooms, and consultation rooms, and maybe because it’s so large, there were really a lot of people inside the hospital. I think a place with high demand is better than a hospital with too few people inside = a place that many people go to, so I didn’t view that negatively. I waited and had the consultation, and the director’s consultation style was very gentle. He quickly identified the current problems with my nose, and there were many points here and there where his thoughts overlapped with mine, so although I didn’t show it, I was a little surprised a few times. When I showed him photos of the nose shape I wanted, he said it could definitely be achieved, but because the shape would need to be formed in a certain way, it could be a bit difficult, and he explained all the methods. When he told me to ask anything I was curious about and I started looking through my notes, he also told me not to rush and to ask everything slowly. Because the hospital has a large-scale image, I had a strong feeling the consultation might be rushed like a factory-style clinic, but in reality the director gave a detailed consultation, so I thought this place was fine.
