It was absolutely not the amount I saw in the ad... That was the first thing that threw me off... I felt I could trust the director because they seemed to give the consultation calmly and well. However, I think the analysis of my face and the explanation of the surgical process were a bit lacking. And having me wait longer for the consultant’s consultation than for the director’s consultation was the second thing that threw me off...
