I used 4 mm L-shaped silicone + ear cartilage. I think I lived fairly satisfied for about 9 years. As time passed, I really liked that my nose kept getting slimmer, but as the skin got thinner, I saw it showing through in sunlight So I’m planning to have revision surgery.. It was a surgery I had when I was young and too fearless, but now that I’m trying to do it again, I’m so scared of everything, including side effects.. When I had the first surgery, I never imagined I’d have to get revision surgery again..
