Nose Surgery Reviews

Finally escaped my witch nose and got a straight-natural nose lol T_T

As you can see from the pre-op photos, I originally had a low bridge and a drooping, witch-like nasal tip T_T Especially from the side, the tip drooped so much that I really felt I had to get nose surgery someday… Anyway, this time I had surgery with Dr. Kim Ji-hoon at [Clinic A]. They used a customized implant, septal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, and perichondrium, and also removed the existing foreign material! I wanted a natural straight-natural line rather than an overly glamorous or pointed nose, and I’m really satisfied because it seems to have come out nicely from the bridge to the tip lol T_T What I like most are the columella and nasolabial angle!! I really hated the look of having only a high tip with a cut-off-looking columella, but without that impression, the columella is well defined and I also like the nasolabial angle haha. I used to worry about my witch nose whenever I took side-profile photos, but now I like looking at my side profile the most lol. I was very stressed because my nose was low and drooping, but it seems to have come out in the straight-natural line I wanted, so I feel I made the right choice having surgery T_T
