My nose was bulbous, my nostrils were large and completely visible, and my nasal tip and alar area were very wide and bulky, so my nose had always been a complex for me. When I took photos, my nose looked even bigger, so whenever I edited pictures, I always edited my nose first. It was really stressful I kept thinking that someday, no matter what, I absolutely had to get my nose done. Then I happened to find out about this place and, without doing much online or in-person research... I just... had a consultation, booked it, and had the surgery... Still, the director had worked at a famous hospital before, and during the consultation, he really explained every single thing kindly.
The consultant, the staff, and the director were all genuinely so kind, and they explained things well during the consultation This was a big reason I made up my mind here. From what I heard from other people, there were so many stories about places saying unpleasant things during consultations or being unfriendly... I had my first surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I had heard some things about nasal tip drooping when using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and I was determined not to have revision surgery, so I proceeded with autologous costal cartilage. On that point, it matched well with the direction the director pursues! He originally seemed to prefer a very dramatic look, but I wanted something fancy-natural..? so he adjusted those parts for me too.
It was my first time having sedation anesthesia, and after saying, “Please take good care of me...” I opened my eyes and was in the recovery room On the day of surgery, I rested, then received an abdominal binder for the autologous rib area and cold compress instructions before going home. The next day after surgery, I got an antibiotic + painkiller IV and had dressing done, and this seems to vary quite a lot by hospital too. There are many places that don’t provide an abdominal binder or don’t give IV fluids... so I thought they were really paying a lot of attention and taking good care of me. Compared with other people, I had less swelling or bruising than I expected... but still, from days 2 to 4 after surgery, the swelling and pain were severe... I had to remove the nasal packing on day 4, remove the splint on day 7, and remove the stitches on day 14, but since I’m in Busan and it was far, I did days 4 and 7 in Busan. From the day of surgery until about day 16, even when I kept worrying about this and that and asking questions, they kept answering so kindly and explaining things... When I went to remove the stitches on day 14, they took good care of me too. Everyone is so kind, so I like it
When I first took off the splint, the area between my eyebrows and my nose looked too high, so I was really worried that only my nose stood out sharply! But they said that because of swelling, the nasal tip and bridge would come down a bit over time. Looking at it now, it has definitely become more natural compared with then! Everyone has been praising it so much, saying the line turned out really pretty,,, They say my nose turned out really well.
Everyone at the hospital is so kind and nice, seriously It’s only day 22 after my rhinoplasty, but so far I’m very satisfied. There are unavoidable inconveniences because of rhinoplasty, but I don’t regret getting my nose done, and I don’t regret doing it here... The line came out really pretty, and it truly turned out well 퓨
