First of all, the waiting time and the director's personality are pretty notorious, so I went prepared, but the wait was only 20-30 minutes, and even the director made me think, huh, this is actually fine? I liked how confident he was, and more than anything, he caught an amazing line in one go, so I was completely won over right there... My needs and the director's thoughts matched, and he clearly pointed out what was possible and what wasn't, so it felt refreshing. Rather than the director, it was actually the consultant.. the way she spoke and responded.... No, even the director said ptosis correction was my choice, so why were you so strongly telling me to do it yourself?
