I had to wait a long time because of surgery, but it was understandable so it was okay. Director G.C.Y. didn’t exactly feel warm, but he explained things thoroughly, and since he is from an ENT background? I liked that he explained functional aspects such as sinusitis, which other hospitals hadn’t mentioned. The consultation manager also didn’t feel particularly warm, but she answered questions well. The surgical method uses materials I don’t want, so I’m thinking it over and have put it on hold.
