When I had my first nose surgery, maybe because the nasal tip was raised too aggressively, I started to see it drooping little by little, so I had revision rhinoplasty. The place where I had my first nose surgery wasn't bad, but later I realized they had focused too much only on my needs and hadn't checked things like the risks, so I had that 'oh no' moment. But the doctor here clearly explained why things that couldn't be done couldn't be done, which I liked, and I trusted him, so I had the surgery. As if repaying that trust, the surgery was completed successfully. The nasal tip came down to an appropriate level, and it also matched the nasal bridge well, so it actually looks more natural now, which I like.
