After getting nose surgery here, I've been hearing a lot from people around me that it was really well done. Maybe because they prioritize doing it safely and naturally, it doesn't look very obvious, but I like that it seems well-shaped to fit my facial features without being excessive. I'm only two months post-op, so I'll have to see after more swelling goes down, but I'm very satisfied even as it is now.
