I wanted something natural and hoped there would be almost no change to my image. The reason I had the surgery was that I had previously had threads inserted into the nasal tip, and even though I had them removed, side effects developed, so I suffered for over 3 years. After running around from hospital to hospital, I finally made up my mind and had surgery. The foreign-body sensation was toward the philtrum area, so it could not be resolved without an open approach. Since it had to be opened anyway, I wanted to make my nose a bit prettier. That said, I did not want my nose to suddenly become very high or have my image affected. After various twists and turns, I eventually met a godlike doctor, and the result is very natural while my image became more refined. People around me do not know I had surgery lolololololol (the reaction I wanted). It is day 9, so a lot of the major swelling has not gone down yet and it is still plump, but I like it♡ I especially like the nasal tip♡ Before surgery, my nose was originally a bit droopy, so I did not like it, but after surgery I am very satisfied with my nose. I hope everyone finds a doctor who suits them well and gets surgery.
※ The most important thing is that the foreign-body sensation in the philtrum seems to have disappeared too, so I feel liberated.
