On the day of my first consultation, I had a 3D CT scan and examination, and it turned out my nose had functional issues. Since I could also process it through medical expense insurance, I paid the deposit, scheduled the surgery date, and went ahead with it right away. I had trouble breathing through one side, so I had functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty, received insurance reimbursement, and had surgery using autologous costal cartilage~
I trusted only the director and lay down very comfortably on the operating table. After sedation anesthesia, I fell asleep, and when I woke up, they were finishing the nose surgery. I was anesthetized, but mentally clear, and it didn't hurt at all. The surgery went very comfortably and well.
Because I chose the clinic solely trusting the director's skill, I felt at ease. The nurses also made me comfortable, and the atmosphere was good, so there was really nothing scary at all. I can breathe well with my great-looking nose, and I love it. It has now been one month. I told the director I wanted it to look natural and pretty, and it seems to have turned out just as requested, so I'm extremely satisfied. Maybe because the surgery was done so delicately, I was surprised that I had almost no swelling at all hahaha
Every time I went, they dressed my nose and the wound site from the costal cartilage harvest, and treated me kindly like family, which was really nice. Right now, I love how the nasal tip looks naturally sharp and defined. It has only been 1 month, but the nasal tip is maintaining well, and there has been no inflammation or side effects, so I feel incredibly relieved. I guess this is why people say to go to a rhinoplasty-specialized hospital that handles autologous cartilage well haha. My nose used to be low, so I didn't really take photos from the side, but they made it look natural and nice, so these days taking selfies is fun. Thank you
