You consult with the counseling manager first and then meet the director. During the consultation, the manager recommended MISKO to me. I’m planning to have nose surgery now, so I really regret getting MISKO. The actual removal cost was 300,000 It varies hugely by hospital. Absolutely don’t do it, and if you’re going to do something, I recommend nose surgery. You’re satisfied for about 2 months, but of course it dissolves and disappears. It can protrude on the gum side and cause side effects. It hurts later. Anyway, getting to the point, I only recommend this surgery to people who just want their nostrils/alar base to be reduced. The nostrils get smaller, but the overall horizontal width does not shrink. Even if it looks that way in photos, it’s different. If your issue is that the nasal tip/alar lobule is plump rather than the nostrils, don’t do it. If it’s both, then do it, but the nasal tip/alar lobule will not change. Everyone at the hospital is very kind. But absolutely don’t do the MISKO that the counseling manager recommends. And when consulting with the director, use your hands to show how much and in what way you want your alar area reduced. During the surgery, they let you check with a mirror and ask you. For anesthesia, unless there’s a special reason, do local only, not sedation. The anesthesia takes 1 minute. It feels like death for a moment, but sedation is a waste of money. This depends on the person.. Personally, I recommend this place. If you want to reduce it more later and have revision surgery, the cost is the same as the first surgery. A second revision costs the same too. It stays the same. So I did it twice. Because the MISKO came down and made my alar area look wide The scar also doesn’t remain much. But it depends on the person, so it may show a little. I wrote this out at length, and I hope it helps someone. Also, if the nasal tip/alar lobule is your concern, nose sculpting injections are a no-no. They last up to 6 months, and if you’re going to do that, get nasal fat removal and cartilage tying instead.
