The director’s consultation was professional and kind. They didn’t recommend unnecessary surgery and pointed out exactly the parts that were lacking. The surgery cost seemed about average, and when it was time to remove the fat graft stitches, the doctor came personally to check the condition, which was moving. Separate from the doctor’s skill, I think fat grafting will need a second round to get a volume I’d be satisfied with.
