I had revision cheekbone surgery 5 years ago, but I didn’t see much effect, so I recently went for another revision consultation. But after looking at my CT scan, they said my side cheekbones had been completely cut away, so there was no bone there, and that the 45-degree cheekbones hadn’t been shaved at all. So they said I would need to do it through a scalp incision. They said if it’s done through an intraoral incision, the little bit of side cheekbone left could fracture ㅜ Has anyone had a scalp incision? I’m scared. If it’s done through a scalp incision, they have to peel all the facial tissue away, so wouldn’t my face end up looking strange?
