It’s been 2 weeks since my first nose surgery, and the photo was taken exactly at the 2-week mark. Is there anyone whose nose just gets darker with nose contour shading and doesn’t change at all? I had exactly that kind of bulbous nose So I thought there would be no hope even if I got nose surgery, but after shaving down the hump and using only autologous cartilage + donated costal cartilage at the nasal tip, it changed this much! During the consultation, I told them to please make sure it didn’t become an upturned nose, and that the side profile wasn’t that important to me, so I asked them to focus only on the front view with a nearly straight, semi-straight line. Honestly, I like it so much… The reason I didn’t put silicone in the nasal bridge was also because I don’t have much volume in my forehead, so it could have turned into an avatar-like nose, and the director recommended only tip plasty. I think their aesthetic sense is really good.
