I got a consultation for lower eyelid fat repositioning, and the review condition

I know there are many clinics that give discounts if you partially disclose your review as a review condition So I’m wondering, is that why this lower eyelid fat repositioning clinic has so many reviews?

There are a lot of good reviews.... But do they still give the discount even if you post a bad result review? There isn’t a single bad result review I was going to go after looking at the reviews, but if it’s a review-condition discount, of course the structure means there can’t help but be a lot of reviews I’m confused
