My forehead fat grafting turned out well. When it was time for the second round, I liked it so much that I didn’t do it, but after that, quite a lot of the fat still got absorbed. But since my top priority was a natural look, I’m satisfied with it.
The problem is that a dent developed on one side of my thigh where the fat was harvested. When I went to the clinic about this issue 3 months later, they said it wasn’t very noticeable and that it would return to normal over time, but it’s still the same, and I don’t think it will return to normal going forward either.
They said that if it doesn’t return to normal, filling it with fat grafting is also an option, but that’s easier said than done... Anyway, even harvesting a small amount for forehead fat grafting can cause a dent, and I think it would be good to consider how the clinic responds as well when deciding on surgery.
