I was thinking about arm liposuction (a thin body type with fat only on the upper arms), and a friend's younger sibling's friend had it done at this hospital. When I heard there was no compression garment, I decided right away. According to my mom, the surgery took about 50 minutes.
Right after surgery, the line looked very slim. I heard they removed about 1100 cc of pure fat. Starting the day after surgery, I swelled a lot, but it was not to the point where I could not move around at all.
For about a week, I just rested at home, and after that I went out to the park and power-walked.
When the stitches were removed, my upper arm circumference had gone from 29 cm to 25 cm, and in the end it decreased to 23.5 cm.
I think liposuction works better when you are the fatty type.
