The consultation was so unfriendly. I saw other review posts and wrote down a questionnaire, the surgeries I’d had so far, and my progress in detail, then showed it to them. As soon as they saw it, they said, “Are you going to have surgery or not? What did you come to look into?” and not a single question was answered. People say they answer well when asked, but there wasn’t even one explanation…
