Inframammary fold incision. I had Allergan cohesive gel round smooth implants, 275 cc.
On the day of surgery, except for being a little groggy from general anesthesia, after waking from anesthesia, I was discharged right away and slept for about 6 hours.
Then I was walking around completely fine.
I went to the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics and painkillers. Even after a week, I only took the antibiotics,
and I didn’t touch the painkillers at all, because it didn’t hurt one bit.
Before surgery, I was really worried because of the pain described in reviews...
They said it’s better not to drive for a few days after surgery. But that evening, because I had to move my parking spot, I drove a little. (You’re not supposed to, normally..)
Um. After driving for about 3 minutes, I kept my arms tight against my upper body while driving, and it didn’t hurt either..
Getting up and lying down were no problem.. I took care of everything by myself after surgery.
I guess I got too scared after reading reviews..
According to the doctor, I didn’t bleed much during surgery.
They also said my tissue quality is good.. It could be my constitution too.. and I think the doctor’s skill also played a role..
Today, day 10, I’m just.. totally fine.. I set alarms for massage.. and I’m doing it in my own way.
Lifting upward, pushing sideways and inward. Like that..
As for swelling.. other than a very little bit in the center of my chest,
I don’t think I have abdominal swelling.. Or maybe I just can’t recognize it.. hmm...
The feel is still firm around the implant area.
Well, it’ll probably get better. The feel, haha It’s almost the end of the year, so if I live without paying too much attention to it, time will pass quickly..
Originally I was going to put in 300, but I thought I might look pointlessly bulky, so at the last moment in the operating room, I shouted 275.
At first I regretted it a little, but I think I did it appropriately.
If you try to get your money’s worth with surgery, it seems like it becomes too much..
But the doctor said my tissue stretches well. Even though stretching well is good during surgery,
they said I should be careful about aging.ㅠㅠ How should I roughly interpret the phrase that my tissue stretches well..
I guess I just need to take good care of massage and scar management from now on...
Please share information on scar care.ㅠㅠ I still have paper tape on. Silicone patch? Something like that, should I just keep putting that on diligently..
Oh, and I’m curious how everyone does massage..
And does abdominal swelling come down like lower belly fat?
